The first step in logging in to EES from home is to open a web browser. Select the EES icon in the 9th row or first column of the browser. If you don’t see it, then you might have to change your browser. You can also clear your browser’s cache and cookies. These can store your password across many websites.
The Army EES portal is operated by the United States Army Human Resources Command and is used to assess potential soldiers and determine their career path. Both enlisted members and non-commissioned officers use this system to input their Army evaluations, as well as their Officer Evaluation Reports. In addition to determining the potential of a soldier, the EES portal also serves as a resource for new recruits, enlisted members, and officers.
Army OER Application
The Army has launched a new system called EES Army to replace the Interactive Web Response System. It provides the Army with Academic Evaluation Reports (AERs) and a profile history of senior raters. The new system is also incorporating a new system called Manage Rating Chain, which helps key personnel and commanders set up rating procedures and recognize rating officials. The system can also be used by Soldiers to monitor and submit evaluation reports.
Army OER Support is a vital component in the Army evaluation process. Officer evaluation reports are conducted once a year and are used to determine promotion potential. The process starts with an Army OER Support Form, which must be completed by rated officers before a military review can take place. A quality Army OER Support Form will ensure that the report is accurate and up-to-date.
Once the form is completed, it should be reviewed and revised. If possible, ask an NCO counterpart, a trusted peer, or a mentor to review it. This will ensure the quality of your product.
